Law practice

Bernard is a member (since August 1985) of the Law Society of Saskatchewan http://www.lawsociety.sk.ca  and the Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc. www.collabsask.com  

Bernard has a general practice including the areas of:

- commercial and corporate including incorporating a new company, agreements, purchase or sale of a business, representing international business interests with a focus as to Ukraine;

- estates (administration of estates including applications to court for letters probate and letters of administration), wills, powers of attorney and health care directives;

- family law including divorce applications and Interspousal Contracts;

- internet and e-commerce law.

- personal property security matters;

- real estate (residential and commercial) including leases, transfers, mortgages, agreements for sale, offers to purchase and surviving joint tenant applications; 

Collaborative Law Process of dispute resolution

The collaborative process of dispute resolution is an alternative to court resolution of disputes in family, estate and contract law. 

Bernard N. Stephaniuk has the designation as a lawyer being able to practice in the collaborative law process of dispute resolution. He has completed the following courses: Part one – Interest based negotiation: Part two – collaborative law: Part three – Advanced training.
