- estates (administration of estates including applications to court for letters probate and letters of administration), wills, powers of attorney and health care directives;
- family law including divorce applications and Interspousal Contracts;
- internet and e-commerce law.

Collaborative Law Process of dispute resolution
The collaborative process of dispute resolution is an alternative to court resolution of disputes in family, estate and contract law.
